Cellular processes are organized in metabolic, signaling, and regulatory networks. The characterization of these networks in their structure and function can be challenging. The tool CellNetAnalyzer (CNA) solves these problems by providing various computational methods for analyzing structure and function of those cellular networks. To train users on how to get most of their network analyses with CellNetAnalyzer, a training course at FOSBE Conference in Valencia will be held.

Visit the course page to get more information on this particular course. A list of all available training courses can be found in our training section.

Development and maintenance of CellNetAnalyzer is partially funded by de.NBI.
