The participants learn in the workshop how to analyze metaproteomics experiment data with the MetaProteomeAnalyzer Software. The workshop is structured as follows:
- Introduction of MS-based proteomics
- General use of the MetaProteomeAnalyzer version 2
- Execution of protein identification
- Take advantage of the visualization technics of MPA
