BAND

The Bioimage ANalysis Desktop (BAND) is a virtual desktop platform aimed at supporting interactive image analysis workflows in the cloud. In particular, it provides access to GPU-enabled image visualization and analysis applications as well as RStudio and JupyterLab IDEs.

The de.NBI services include among others the analysis of high-throughput data in genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, bioinformatics and statistical support of research projects, the development of algorithms and access to computational space.
