NFDI4LifeScience Conference in conjunction with the International Symposium on Integrative Bioinformatics

For the first time, DataPLANT hosts the NFDI4LifeScience Conference in conjunction with the International Symposium on Integrative Bioinformatics from 2 – 4 September 2026 at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK) in Gatersleben. The event is also supported by de.NBI (ELIXIR Germany).

This joint event recognizes that the future of life sciences relies on a seamless connection between robust research data infrastructure and advanced analytical application. We are bringing together communities from Research Data Management (RDM) and Integrative Bioinformatics to explore how standardized, high-quality data fosters the next generation of AI-driven research.

We invite researchers, data stewards, infrastructure providers, and bioinformaticians to discuss the full lifecycle of research data.
