We are hiring a PostDoc for working in metagenomics, metabolic flux balance and microbial genomics field.

RESEARCH TOPIC: Metabolic flux balance applied to the anaerobic digestion microbial community. We would like to apply the MFB process to selected microbial communities present in the anaerobic digestion system. The study will be focused on the syntrophic interactions between species.

KNOWLEDGE: Requested basic knowledge of metagenomics, ability of programming in Python and/or R and/or Matlab. Good knowledge about data analysis.

PERIOD: starting from December 2020 for 12 months.
