We are hiring a postdoctoral researcher to join the PRELUNG study at DKFZ, focusing on early lung cancer detection and the biological characterization of pulmonary nodules.
You will lead integrative analyses of:
• Spatial transcriptomics
• Genomic alterations (SNVs, CNAs)
• Histopathology, clinical and radiomic data
The role combines multi-omics integration, unsupervised discovery, biomarker identification, and active collaboration with clinicians, imaging scientists, and pathologists. It also includes a unique patient-engagement component focused on return-of-data frameworks.
We’re looking for a PhD with strong experience in omics data analysis (R/Python), clustering, and integrative analysis, and a genuine interest in translational cancer research.
