The Galaxy community is organising a one-week free workshop on Plant Transcriptomics from the 19th to the 23rd of April, with a focus on bulk and single-cell RNA-Seq data analysis in Arabidopsis thaliana. Although it is designed to deal with plant transcriptome data analysis, most of the analysis can be adapted to other organisms too.
The workshop will have recorded sessions with live support in chat and is aimed at biologists, researchers or scholars that are interested to know what RNA-Seq analysis is and how Galaxy can be used for that kind of data analysis.
