To analzye complex proteomics data obtained from LC-MS experiments is not easy for beginners but also for more advanced researchers. The de.NBI Service Center BioInfra.Prot offers a one day training event on proteomics toolls for the analysis of LC-MS data with the bioinformatics tools PIA, BIONDA and CalibraCurve. Additionally a special session is dedicated to the analysis of proteomics data in the de.NBI Cloud environment. The course is free of charge. Attendees should have some basic knowledge of LC-MS proteomics, but do not require any biofinformatics skills.
