This is an onboarding event for the recent Galaxy NUBRI subdomain of Galaxy Europe.
We will introduce the European Galaxy platform and the Galaxy Training Network in a Train the Trainer approach. The Galaxy NUBRI subdomain and its introduction and specifications are at the core of the event.
Our scientific examples will focus on pathogene detection and microbiom.
Learning goals:
Introduction to Galaxy and the Galaxy training Network to enable users to use the platform and the subdomain NUBRI for creating their domain specific workflows with genomic and bioinformatics tools
