CNApy - an advanced graphical user interface for exploration and computational analysis of metabolic network models
CNApy (CellNetAnalyzer for Python) is an open-source cross-platform desktop application written in Python, which offers a state-of-the-art graphical front-end for the intuitive editing and computational analysis of metabolic networks based on constraint-based (COBRA) modeling methods (including flux balance analysis, metabolic flux analysis, elementary-modes analysis, and computational strain design). CNApy adopts the basic concept of interactive network maps of the MATLAB-based toolbox CellNetAnalyzer (CNA) but extends it with various enhanced features for an interactive exploration of COBRA models. CNApy supports import/export of metabolic models in SBML format.
