BiBiServ Tools
BiBiServ Tools is the bioinformatics web service platform of the Bielefeld Institute for Bioinformatics Infrastructure at CeBiTec, Bielefeld University. It provides long-term online access to research software as software as a service and makes more than 50 bioinformatics tools available for academic use. The platform covers a broad range of life science applications, including sequence analysis, multiple sequence alignment, RNA structure prediction, comparative genomics, genome evolution, motif analysis, primer design, phylogenetics, metatranscriptomics, single-cell genomics, and gene cluster detection.
