Bioinformatics Center (RBC) will be presented. The day closed with a poster session during which the participants
presented and discussed their own current work with each other.
The actual Galaxy workshop took place on day 2. After an introduction into Galaxy's basic workflow,
supplied exemplary RNAseq datasets were analysed by the students using Galaxy. During the
workshop, short introductions and hands-on instructions for each single analysis step and tool will provided.
