The OpenMS developer meeting aims at coordinating the mid and long-term development of OpenMS. It is targeted at bioinformaticians with background in software development (ideally C++ and python, OpenMS).
The schedule is rather flexible but will cover topics like:
Learning goals:
- Recent OpenMS developments
- Adaptation of standardized data formats in OpenMS
- Modularization of OpenMS
- Collection of de.NBI metrics
Prerequisites:
Participants should be software developers with expert knowledge in computational proteomics and advanced familiarity with OpenMS
