The RBC offers a Galaxy workshop on High-Throughput-Sequencing (HTS) data analysis. The workshop takes place from 19.-23.09.2016 in Freiburg. It is a one week full-day hands-on workshop. In the morning we will have a theoretical part with an introduction into the topic and in the afternoon hands-on practical exercises. Preliminary topics are introduction into Galaxy, RNA-seq data analysis, ChIP-seq data analysis, Exome-seq data analysis, and Methyl-seq data analysis. From the registered persons, the participants will be selected in the beginning of August. To guide the selection process, we kindly ask you to answer some questions in the registration form.
