processing and metabolite identification for MTBLS2":
- The data analysis pipeline from raw and experimental metadata, 
- Via metabolite profiling with R and xcms and friends
- Followed by metabolite identification and 
- Finally data sharing and Publication on MetaboLights
Friday morning is a bring-you-own-data session.
 
Learning goals: 
Comprehensive overview of Metabolomics data procssing pipeline from data to publication.
Prerequisites: 
Basic understanding in Metabolomics, interest in bioinformatics analysis.
