The hackathon aims to bring together KNIME developers from various areas of the Life Sciences, including image processing, sequence analysis and mass spectrometry. It is meant for people who want to either integrate their tools into KNIME or improve their existing KNIME integration.
Learning goals:
- Integration of existing projects into KNIME Data Analytics Platform
- Extending existing KNIME integrations with new functionality
- This is NOT a KNIME development training
Prerequisites:
- Knowledge of Java development
- Prior knowledge of KNIME Node development
- Precise formulation of personal hackathon project
