Contents:
The participants will learn in the workshop how to analyze metaproteomics experiment data with the MetaProteomeAnalyzer Software. The workshop is structured as follows:
- Import of spectrum data, uploading own FASTA files and BLAST
- Protein identification with mascot, omssa and tandem search
- Take advantage of the visualization technics of MPA
- Compare the results with the using MPA

Learning goals:
Hands on MetaProteomeAnalyzer as a complete software toolkit for metaproteomics topic

Prerequisites:
None, only personal computer/laptop with internet connection
