The Center for Integrative Bioinformatics (CIBI) brings together expertise in genome informatics, computational mass spectrometry (proteomics, metabolomics), biological image analysis, and workflow systems from several leading German research institutions: Freie Universität Berlin, Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, Universität Konstanz, the Leibniz Institute of Plant Biochemistry Halle, and the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics Dresden. Its mission is to provide application users and expert data analysts with cutting-edge tools for the analysis of omics and imaging data as well as with a workflow engine to integrate these tools into coherent solutions for reproducible analysis of complex biomedical data.

This year's virtual CIBI user meeting will take place in the late afternoon hours and will be spread over several days. Two exciting keynote talks on the first and last day will provide a framework for the meeting, with the other days focusing around the services and associated omics technologies of a CIBI member. We introduce novel users to key services in introductory talks, highlight some key applications & success stories, and provide short tutorials to make novel users familiar with key concepts to spark interest in our CIBI software and tools.

The preliminary agenda is available from https://ogy.de/ts51

Please register at https://events.ipb-halle.de/event/90/. Zoom connection details will be provided upon registration, access to selected recorded talks will be provided to all registered participants.

Looking forward to meeting you online!
