The Open Life Science program is offering to its mentors a mentoring skill workshop taught by 360 Training. As this training is sponsored by de.NBI, some slots are reserved for de.NBI members.
This 3-hours online workshop covers different aspects of mentoring (difference with coaching, benefits, mindset, competencies, types of mentoring) and presents a mentoring model to help mentors in their journey.

Learning goals:
- What mentoring is and how does it work?
- Define relationship
- Use structured framework to develop mutually effective and engaging relationship
- Be prepared for challenges in mentoring journeys
