We introduce Galaxy as a powerful, web-based platform designed to streamline FAIR image data analysis workflows. This workshop bridges the gap between complex bioimage informatics and accessible, reproducible science. While many image analysis tools require extensive coding knowledge, Galaxy provides a unified interface to execute sophisticated pipelines on High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure without the steep learning curve of the command line.

Learning goals:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to transform manual, image processing steps into automated, scalable workflows that are fully compliant with modern open-science standards.

Prerequisites:
An up-to-date web browser (preferably Firefox). People in the life sciences and beyond interested in image data analysis, with a focus on FAIR'ness and/or HPC utilization.

Keywords:
Galaxy, Image analysis
