Workshop goals:
Aim of the workshop is to complete, test and improve the tools and workflows for metabolite identification developed in the ELIXIR metabolomics community and metabolite identification study. We will focus on strategies for standards compliant reporting and data sharing of workflow results, e.g. using mzTab-M.
Prerequisites:
Laptop, understanding in Metabolomics, prior experience in Galaxy and metabolite identification welcome.
