HLA Ligand Atlas - Large scale analysis of human HLA ligands
The HLA Ligand Atlas is a comprehensive collection of tissue and HLA allele specific HLA ligands that are naturally presented. The atlas contains data on over 100,000 different HLA peptides from various tissues and cell types, making it an invaluable tool for researchers in the fields of immunology, oncology, and infectious diseases. The data was generated in standardized mass spectrometry experiments and analyzed using our reproducible computational analysis workflow. (Data analysed with the OpenMS MHCquant workflow, see here).
Key Features:
- Comprehensive dataset : The HLA Ligand Atlas contains a vast collection of tissue-specific HLA ligands, providing insights into the diversity of antigen presentation across different tissues and cell types.
- High-quality data : The atlas is based on high-quality mass spectrometry data, ensuring accurate identification and quantification of HLA peptides.
- Tissue-specific information : The atlas provides detailed information on the tissue specificity of HLA ligands, allowing researchers to understand how antigen presentation varies across different tissues.
Benefits:
- Improved understanding of immune responses : The HLA Ligand Atlas provides a deeper understanding of immune responses and how they are shaped by the diversity of antigen presentation.
- Identification of potential therapeutic targets : The atlas can be used to identify potential therapeutic targets for cancer, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders.
