Human Omics Analysis Toolbox

The Human Omics Analysis Toolbox is a collection of web resources and R/Bioconductor packages designed to facilitate analysis and interpretation of high-throughput omics data. This toolbox provides a suite of tools for working with proteins, drug reactions, gene expression analysis, proteome profiling, and assessing MinION Data.

Key Features
  • Protein domain annotation and architecture exploration
  • Adverse drug reaction information and classification
  • Differential expression analysis of high-throughput sequencing data
  • Alternative exon usage analysis
  • Image processing and analysis for high-throughput microscopy-based cellular assays
Tools

SMART (Simple Modular Architecture Research Tool): A web resource providing simple identification and extensive annotation of protein domains via sequence homology searches.
SIDER: A web-based resource containing information on marketed medicines and their recorded adverse drug reactions.
DESeq2: An R/Bioconductor package for differential expression analysis of high-throughput sequencing assays.
DEXSeq: An extension of DESeq for the analysis of alternative exon usage.
