Enterotyping

• Identify densely populated regions in high-dimensional space of microbiome community composition with Enterotyping, which enables the stratification of human individuals based on their enterotypes.
• Use computational methods to detect and characterize enterotypes in any dataset, reproducing previous reports or determining new enterotypes for further study.
