SIAMCAT

• Perform statistical inference of associations between microbial communities and host phenotypes with SIAMCAT, a modular framework that uses LASSO models to avoid overfitting issues.
• Identify potential microbial biomarkers for diseases or other conditions by leveraging the advantages of SIAMCAT's model interpretation and feature selection.
