Service Centers and associated Partners

The 'German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure - de.NBI' consists of eight interconnected service units that offer and continuously develop different of bioinformatics services according to their scientific expertise and their bioinformatics resources. The service units complement each other in their thematic focal points and offer a wide range of bioinformatics services in order to provide users in almost all areas of life science research and industry with pioneering technologies for their data analysis. The bioinformatics services are complemented by comprehensive training activities.

Each service unit is composed of two or more expert partners from different institutions in Germany.

This section you will find formation on the eight service units. A graphical overview of the locations of de.NBI partners and their affiliation to the service units is shown in the section "locations".

The organization of the 'German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure' is completed by a corresponding  coordination and management structure (AO).
