Service Centers and associated Partners

The 'German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure - de.NBI' consists of eight interconnected service units that offer and continuously develop various bioinformatics services and bioinformatics resources. The thematic focal points of these service units complement each other, providing users in nearly all areas of life science research and industry with cutting-edge technologies for their data analysis. The bioinformatics services are complemented by comprehensive training activities.

Each service unit comprises at least two expert partners from different institutions in Germany.

This chapter provides information on the eight service units. The section "Locations" provides a graphical overview of the locations of de.NBI partners and their affiliation with the service units. 

The organization of the 'German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure' is complemented by a corresponding  coordination and management structure (AO).
