Service Centers and associated Partners
The people behind de.NBIde.NBI –the German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure is is build around of eight service units. Each one offers and continuously develops various bioinformatics services and bioinformatics resources for a specific area of life sciences research.
Together, these service units cover nearly the full spectrum of bioinformatics need in academia and industry, giving users in the nearly the full spectrum of life sciences and industry access to cutting-edge tools and technologies for their data analysis. Comprehensive training activities complement the services at every level.
Each service unit is carried by at least two expert partners from different German research, ensuring broad expertise and synergies across the network.
A dedicated coordination an management structure (AO) oversees the network as a whole, alighning service units and supporting collaboration.
